1-Who will be my fishing guide?
If you are making a reservation through this site to go bass fishing
with me, Steve Boyd that is who you will be fishing with. You can sleep
well knowing that on the day of your trip there will not be any
surprises!
2-Do you offer transportation to and from area hotels?
I do offer transportation and depending on the time of year or where you
are staying there may be a fee for this service. For more information

3-What is the Lake record for Lake Toho? This is a question I get a lot.
Because Lake Toho is part of a chain of lakes there is no official
record for that lake or the Chain. There have been quite a few bass in
the 16lb range that I know of coming from different lakes in the chain
but no record. And while there is a particular guide that claims to have
a lake record....all I can recommend is ask him to tell you where those
records are kept so you can see.
4-Which guide does the most guide trips per year? There are quite a few
guides in the area and some are busier than others but no one really
knows who does the most. There is only one guide claiming to do the most
guide trips per year but how can any of us really know. What is most
important is to know as much as possible about the guide on the website
and if he is a full time guide.
4-Which do you recommend, artificial lures or live bait?
Every situation is unique therefore I prefer to speak to clients
directly as this is the best way for me to determine what will be best
for their trip. Live bait does account for a majority of big fish caught
during guide trips there are times when using artificial lures do really
well for big bass.
5-What do you provide?
A guide trip is designed so that you the client can show up and go
fishing without the need to worry about bringing any equipment unless
you choose to do so. You are required to carry proof of a Florida

6-What types of trips do you offer?

with the focus on providing the very best fishing trip possible.

7-How do I schedule my trip?
Once you know when you will be coming down for your vacation it is best
to contact me directly to find out my availability. Once availability is
confirmed you can send your deposit to secure your trip date. You
may send an email if you are pressed for time just be sure to send as
much info about your trip as you can.
8-What type of boat will we be fishing from?
You will be fishing from a 20 foot tournament ready Triton Bass Boat
pictured below.
